Delivery & shipments
Delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated within 3-4 working days if the quantity of products requested is available.
If the item is not in stock, a delay will be added, the customer will be informed of the delay. Delivery costs will be indicated at the end of your order process.
Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 3 days to 1 month after receipt of payment and subject to manufacturing times. They are shipped via collissimo with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature. You can also choose Collissimo delivery to a Relay point.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
Special attention is paid to fragile and food items.
